We are a family run business situated in the premises of Dobbies Garden World, Birtley. The Grass Centre supply both trade & public with high quality materials designed to help make your garden & landscaping projects come to life!
All orders can be placed online, over the phone or in store for your convenience. We are open 7 days a week for collections with a delivery service in operation from Monday to Saturday.
Most of our deliveries which are local to our store based in the North East will be fulfilled by our own fleet, which could include trucks with HIAB cranes, flatbeds or, smaller transit-style vans. Should you have any specific access requirements or instructions, please discuss these with us upon placing your order.
We also offer a pallet network delivery services so we can deliver our products to customers outside of the Northeast! Majority of our products are quite heavy, so these materials will be delivered on a tail lift lorry which will be a kerb side / front of house delivery using a pallet truck.

We also offer collection from our store and this can be selected from the checkout. Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to confirm when your items are ready for collection. Please do not travel to collect your order until confirmation has been made.
